TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Contracting partners

The contractual partners are Pikol Lake Village Premium Glamping Resort (hereafter "the resort") and the guest. If a third party has placed an order on behalf of the guest, the third party is jointly and severally liable with the guest to the Resort for all obligations under the contract.

Conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded when the resort receives the written confirmation from the guest and the resort sends the booking confirmation to the guest. The Guest is deemed to have accepted the General Terms and Conditions in full. Please note: An offer of accommodation does not mean a room reservation. Guests are required to confirm the offer received with key details and to present and authorise the amount of the reservation with a credit card as a guarantee of arrival, which will be used to confirm the reservation and guarantee their stay at the resort.

Currency
All prices are in Euro (€ / EUR) and include VAT.

Reservation
The guest makes a reservation through the website or web portals. In the case of reservations via web portals, the guest agrees with the conditions of the reservation on the web portal and consequently also with the general conditions of the resort.

Reservation change:

A guest who changes or upgrades his / her reservation at any time before the trip (additional overnight stays, rooms, name changes) does not pay any additional costs. The change of the reservation is possible only according to the availability and prior individual agreement with the representative of the company Tadej Gašparin sp All required changes to the reservations and any other changes must be approved in writing by the representative of the company Tadej Gašparin sp

Terms of cancellation
The following cancellation conditions apply:

Up to 15 days before arrival: no cancellation fee
15 - 7 days before arrival: 40% of the total price
7 - 0 days before arrival: 100% of the total price

For groups (more than 5 rooms or a total of more than 15 nights) special cancellation conditions apply.

The cancellation policy applies to all means of payment.

In case of rescheduling, the first date of the reservation is taken into account for the cancellation conditions.
 

Non-arrival of a guest
If the guest does not check in at the resort on the day of arrival, the charge will be charged according to the cancellation policy.

Payment
The following payment methods are possible: Visa, Mastercard / Eurocard, Maestro, cash, proforma invoice and tourist voucher.

Service
The basic service is bed and breakfast.  

The price includes
Bed and breakfast, wireless internet, parking, bed linen, 3 towels per person, access to own whirlpool.

Check-in / check-out of guests
check-in: from 14:00 onwards, check-out: until 10:00

Compliance with local laws

Guests are solely responsible for knowing, complying with and complying with local laws and regulations at the destination, and staff are not responsible for informing or alerting guests about laws and / or regulations at the destination.

Check in at the resort
For security reasons, guests must have a valid ID (ID card or passport) with them upon check-in.

Tourist tax
It is charged to all persons according to the following conditions ordered by the Municipality of Nova Gorica. Adults are charged a tourist tax of € 2.50 per person per night.
Children and young people from the age of 7 to the age of 18 pay half the value of the ordered tourist tax, in the amount of € 1.25 per person per night.

 

House pets

Pets are allowed under certain conditions.

Internet

Wifi is free.

Smoking
Smoking indoors is prohibited. Guests are allowed to smoke on the outdoor areas.

 

Parking

Free outdoor parking is available to guests. The resort does not accept responsibility for the safety of vehicles, damage to vehicles or for things stored in it.

 

Damage

We reserve the right and the guest authorizes us by signing the application form to charge for any damage incurred in the guest's room or resort during the guest's stay, or for all items that are missing when the guest leaves.

 

Gift certificates

When using the gift voucher, it is necessary to present the original gift voucher upon check-in at the reception. Photocopies or copies of the gift certificate are not allowed and are not valid. The gift voucher is valid until the expiration date indicated on each individual gift voucher. If the date of validity is not written on the gift voucher, the gift voucher is considered valid for one year from the date of issue. In the event that a gift voucher is not used during its validity, is stolen, lost or destroyed, its user is not entitled to a refund or compensation in any form. When exchanging a gift voucher for the use of services of lesser value, the customer is not entitled to compensation for the difference in price. When exchanging a gift certificate for a higher value voucher, the customer must pay the difference. It is possible to change the date only once and at least 15 days before the agreed date. The change of the date is possible only with regard to availability and prior individual agreement with the representative of the company Tadej Gašparin sp at info@pikol.si.

Early departure
The resort is not obliged to return the value of the overnight stay to the guest / client for early departure. Any exceptions to the reason for early departure require management approval.

 

Applicable law
These general terms and conditions are governed by Slovenian law. The parties agree on the exclusive jurisdiction of the Slovenian courts.

 

Protecting privacy
The resort protects all acquired data on guests in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. By accepting the offer, the guest is considered to agree to the use of this data also for the purposes of statistical processing and notification of offers. An identity document is required upon check-in at the resort.

 

Valuables
The things that the customer has brought with them are guaranteed by the resort in accordance with the legal provisions only if the damage is related to the breach of duty by the resort. We recommend that the customer keep their valuables with them.

Minimum number of nights

The minimum period of stay is 2 nights unless the representative of the company Tadej Gašparin sp confirms in writing otherwise by special agreement.
