At the Pikol cuisine, under the leadership of the Gašparin family, each dish is born from a careful respect for the ingredients chosen by our unique team. It's not just food preparation; it's about the selection, knowledge of ingredients, and careful preparation to ensure that the original flavors remain unchanged in their beauty and harmony. Each dish is like a work of art, served in a way that allows the guest to see and feel the loving hand that has prepared this culinary delight.

Despite being aware of our Brda roots and origin, we don't confine ourselves to narrow confines of Goriška Brda and Vipava Valley. Our kitchen is open to all world influences. With our dishes, we travel through time and space: from memories of guests' childhoods to the diverse tastes and smells we discover in vast culinary lands.

Welcome to Pikol Restaurant

Pikol Restaurant opens its doors by prior reservation only, offering a refined setting for exclusive culinary experiences, business gatherings, and private events by the tranquil lake.

Open on request for:

  • groups of 6 or more,

  • business lunches and dinners,

  • weddings, private events, and tasting experiences.

When a reservation for at least six guests is confirmed, the date becomes available to other guests wishing to experience Pikol’s culinary story.

Tasting Menus

Our cuisine is inspired by nature and the traditions of the Goriška Brda region, created with the finest seasonal ingredients.
We offer two distinctive tasting journeys:

  • 4-course tasting menu – €75

  • 6-course tasting menu – €95

Business Lunches

For business meetings, presentations, or smaller gatherings, we offer business lunches from Monday to Friday, between 12:00 and 16:00.

  • 4-course business menu – €75

Silveri Wine Tastings

Experience a gourmet Silveri wine tasting, showcasing our family’s Silveri winery from the Goriška Brda hills.
The tasting includes five selected samples of our sparkling and still wines, paired with delicate bites from Pikol’s kitchen.

  • Tasting price – €55

For an even more complete experience, you may add Pikol’s signature dish – Adriatic sea bass carpaccio marinated in citrus, with pomegranate and chestnut honey.

Available as an addition to the tasting.

Experience a modern fusion of authentic local cuisine, creative presentation, and refined flavors. Our dishes are crafted from fresh, seasonal ingredients that reflect a deep connection with the surrounding nature and our estate.

The culinary journey is complemented by a carefully curated selection of sparkling and still wines from our own Silveri estate in Goriška Brda.

Our chefs and sommeliers create perfect pairings, uniting each dish with the elegance of our bubbles and the character of the Brda terroir.
