Valentine menu
Creamy Carrot and Ginger Soup
A velvety soup combining the sweetness of carrots with the gentle spiciness of ginger. Topped with crispy chips of Rosa di Gorizia for a hint of bitterness and pumpkin seed oil for a rich aroma.
Marinated Soča Trout with Shallots
Soča trout marinated in lemon juice and olive oil to preserve its freshness. A shallot and chive cream adds smoothness and a subtle spicy note, while crispy breadcrumbs provide a contrasting texture.
Homemade Agnolotti with Tolminc Cheese
Artisanal agnolotti filled with creamy Tolminc cheese, complemented with crispy mangolica and Rosa di Gorizia for freshness and a touch of bitterness. All brought together with a rich brown butter sauce.
Poached Baccalà Fillet
A delicately poached baccalà fillet that preserves its natural flavor. Served with a gentle celery root purée, roasted parsnips for balanced sweetness.

Golden Apple, Bourbon Crème Glacée, and Hazelnut Dust
A delicate cold bourbon crème glacée, enriched with a golden apple reduction, dusted with aromatic hazelnut powder, and topped with Turkish honey for a sweet finish.
