The tourist tax, including the promotional tax, is not included in the price and amounts to: For minors from 7 to 17 years = €1.25 per person/night For adults from 18 years onward = €2.50 per person/night

• Water Villa (Villa Acqua): €30
• Forest Villa (Villa Bosco): €50
The surcharge applies to all reservations, including booking platforms (e.g. Booking.com).

• Rich breakfast delivered to the cabin

• Use of the pool. Each villa has its own private heated hot tub.

• Bed linen, towels, bathrobes, toiletries

EXTRA CHARGES:

• Children from 1 to 10 years: €30 per night per child*

• Additional adult on an extra bed: €30 per night*

• Pets: €20 per dog/cat per day*

• Late check-out/early check-in: free (subject to availability)

Cancellation policy: The following cancellation terms apply to accommodations:

• Up to 21 days before arrival: no cancellation fee

• 21 - 7 days before arrival: 40% of the total price

• 7 - 0 days before arrival: 100% of the total price For groups (more than 5 rooms or more than 15 nights in total), special cancellation terms apply.
